A Canadian artist living on a rural peninsula in Norway. Cynthia opens her in-house atelier regularly to the public throughout the year. She has been featured in solo and group exhibits and has worked on small and large scale projects with children in their local schools.
Cynthia is co-founder of FeltUnited.com, a portal for the international felt-artists community.
With a passion for learning and experimentation she works in a variety of media and techniques, including silver, bronze, leather and wool combining felt making, bookbinding, screen printing and metal smithing.
“Due to my natural curiosity, I have never been able to settle down and work solely with one medium. The ability to combine my knowledge of different materials is what makes being an artist so fulfilling. The possibilities are simply endless!”
Her silver jewelry line (aka MinDesign) consists of one-of-a-kind and limited edition series often working with her clients to create personalized pieces that can be cherished for a lifetime.
